Principal

James W. "Beau" Hays

Mr. Hays has extensive experience in all areas of commercial, construction and bankruptcy litigation. He is active in the Commercial Law League of America where he has served as Recording Secretary to the League, Chair of the Creditor's Rights Section, Chair of the Southern Region and a representative to the Board of Governors. Mr. Hays edits the Materialman's Liens and Bonds section of the Manual of Credit and Commercial Laws produced annually by the National Association of Credit Managers.


Principal

B. Emory Potter

Mr. Potter has extensive construction and commercial litigation experience. He is active in the Commercial Law League of America, where he has served as Chair of the Young Members Section, Chair of the Nominating Committee and on the Board of Governors. Mr. Potter is a founder and was the Charter Chair of the Creditor's Rights Section of the State Bar of Georgia.


Associate

Alexander Yusupov

Mr. Yusupov joined our firm in 2009 as an associate. He received his law degree from John Marshall Law School in 2008. He presently handles commercial litigation and collection matters.


Office Manager

Susan Greene

Ms. Greene manages our office and deals with accounting issues for our firm. She is a primary contact for cost deposits, client remittances and other information relating to payables and receivables.


Collection Manager

Jean Sears

Ingrid manages pre-suit collection and post-judgment collection. She is our client's liason until suit is initiated and after judgment has been obtained.


Litigation Paralegal

Carl Smith

Mr. Smith works as a paralegal handling many responsibilities regarding the drafting of pleadings, discovery, affidavits and various motions.
