James W. "Beau" Hays
born Savannah, Georgia, 1961; admitted to bar, 1986, Georgia, 1989, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia; 1995, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Georgia; 2001, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Georgia. Education: University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.A., 1983; J.D., 1986). Member, Holderness Moot Court Bench. Member: State Bar of Georgia; Commercial Law League. B. Emory Potter

Alexander Yusupov

Born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, of the former USSR.  Immigrated to the States in 1988, raised in Queens, New York.   Admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2008.Education: Georgia State University (BBA 2003) – magna cum laude, John Marshall Law School of Atlanta (J.D. 2008) – Articles Editor of the inaugural edition of John Marshall Law School’s Law Review.  Practice areas: Construction Law; Business Law; Commercial Law; Collections; and Civil Litigation.
